• Products / ervices
• Persons.

This includes all the process of services rendered to the public like drinking water and transport etc.

Role of the accreditation body
An accreditation body assesses the certifying body for:

• The quality and perfection of organization and personnel
• The impartial mind set of organization and personnel
• The quality system of reliability within the organization
• The skilled technical competence
• The participation of all parties in the planning and use of the certification.

Standards applied
Certifying bodies : accredited according to their work, under the following standards:

• NEN-EN 45011 and ISO/IEC Guide 65 for products
• ISO/IEC 17021 management systems
• NEN-EN 45503 for attestation
• ISO/IEC 17024 for persons.
